When Jonathan Winn incorporated Winn City Studios in March 2026, he had spent the better part of a year building toward it. The studio — an audio drama studio that launches new plays and positions them for stage and screen adaptation — didn't arrive fully formed. It was shaped, in large part, by a program most people outside Connecticut's arts community have never heard of: CollectiveCT.
